Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to deliver. Backordered items are not charged until they are delivered. If you wish you can make your order and provide your credit card information over the phone 02075298161
Shipping And Handling
We charge a fee of £10 + VAT for delivery to any London Postcode on all Christmas trees regardless of size.
Delivery Schedule
We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day any time between 1st and 23rd December
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For all items ordered from the UK 20% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not delighted with your products, contact us within seven days of receiving your order and we will refund the purchase price and arrange for collection. You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us.

If you are not delighted with the Christmas tree we deliver to you, contact us within seven days of receiving your order and we will refund the purchase price in full
